National Head – IT Infrastructure & Security

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for defining the IT Strategic framework for CCBVL aligned to its Business objectives and vision leveraging digital as as one of the foundation for the future. Resposible to define CCBVL System Architecture for its digital vision.
Responsbile for leading information security plan that ensure best-in-class security of information and zero disruption to business in a cloud based environment.
Responsible to develop lean and agile IT operation structure that ensure continuity of busniness using application system, infrastructure enabling the digital roadmap in Vietnam.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Resposible to define CCBVL Stragic Framework and System Architecture that is scalable, on demand, fully cloud based to deliver the capability CCBVL needs for its digital roadmap. (20%)
2. Selecting and managing different infrastructure and security partners both local and global – IT infrastructure outsourcing, Security management, Network Infrastructure, Wireless Network, office and plant infrastructure contracts against SLAs to deliver un-interrupted business solutions. (20%)
3. Responsible for SDLC process (Preparation, Blueprint, Realization, Cutover, Go-Live Support) to ensure that all projects meet timeline, budget, and standards. Managing implementing and execution of global IT (TCCC Standards) policies, procedures and ensure proper risk management and operational routines are followed to meet 100% compliance. (20%)
4. Responsible to build and manage a capable IT Infrastructure team and Business Application Support team (Both inhouse and outsource) that use new technology to drive all IT operations based on Automation and self-service. (20%)
5. Responsible to Manage IT Budget for CCBVL with 5% efficiency every year in IT operation. (10%)
6. Ensure Collaboration across functions and drive alignment of user expectations and IT services. (10%)

• Extensive experience as professional Manager in IT infrastructure domain with significant expertise in implementing and managing cloud environment.
• Ability to manage complex projects from concept to fully operational status.

• Proven ability to work in unison with staff, volunteers, superiors and High Level Management.

• The provision of technical recommendations as and when necessary on matters relating to network technologies and administration
• Undertaking the implementation, testing of applications and evaluation of network products and solutions
