National Finance Manager

As a National Finance Manager Vietnam, you report to the Managing Director Vietnam and functionally to the Regional Finance Manager ASEAN. This position is based in the Ho Chi Minh City. You will work with a professional accounting team to provide best in class services.
• Leadership Accounting team
• Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget and general accounting
• Preparing Financial Statements
• Contact point to Auditors, banks, financial authorities
• Develop and direct financial plans to the strategic business plan, company growth and market opportunities and direction
• Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, ensure cash resources are available for daily operations and business development
• Set-up and/or monitor all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization - Analyze current lending and equity relationships
• Analyze current and future business operations and plans to determine financial effectiveness
• Evaluate, integrate and manage the company’s financial resources and functions
• Establish the performance goals, allocate resources and assess policies for employees through other managers

*You Should Be Best At:
- Certified Accountant (an advantage)
- Knowledge of international and national accounting (IFRS/IAS)
- Knowledge of freight forwarding industry (an advantage)
- Financial and business administration knowledge
- Willing to be IT Administrator

*What You Are Good At:
- At least 10 (ten) years of experience in accounting field
- Sound knowledge of SAP and ERP
- Proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel
- Highly fluency in spoken and written English language
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinking with business acumen
- Strong people leadership skills
- Self driven and proactive
- Analytical skills and good eye for detail
