• Active participation in Management projects, planning, controlling and on creating strategies
• Following the company regulations: to organize, activities with key consumers on a regular basis his / her territory.
• Train/Coach/Control the Field Force to be more professional and more proactive in activities and territory management
• Gather and document sufficient the information of the potential / current customers and end-users
• Achieve the maximum sales volume by stimulating the endorsement and usage from the target customers and users.
• Controlling that Field Force in order to keep up-to-date the list data in CRM system
Provide prompt customer / consumer services as required.
• Co-operation with Marketing for establishing more customer activities
Provide regular and accurate reports to Managing Director
• Personal skills: make conscious efforts in improving selling techniques; willing to try new approaches to get higher efficiency; be seriously aware of costs (investment) and returns on investment spent; developing communication skills, selling skills.
• Attend actively at the company marketing and sales meetings and well co-operate with other personnel in cross functions.
• Following the pharmacovigilance tasks as regulated in pharmacovigilance SOPs.
• Pharmacovigilance concerning
• Receiving DI/ADRs information from patients, hospitals and HCPs and transferring it to PICs

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum five (5) years in sales management with foreign pharma company. Experience with Ethical products and Over-The-Counter products
• Doctor or pharmacist Diploma.
• Good IT knowledge as a system user
Proven records in sales management, Field Force management and in personnel development
Strong oral and written communication skill ( Vietnamese and English)
• An excellent team player, creative thinker and problem solver
High capability for working independently
Excellent presentation and coaching skill
Ability to maintain effectiveness with changing environments
• Doctor or pharmacist Diploma.
• Good IT knowledge as a system user
