National Distribution Manager - Contract Logistics

- Develop Distribution business strategy in alignment with BU Contract Logistics management
- Develops Distribution product and capabilities nationwide
- Actively supports new business acquisition
- Manages BU Contract Logistics Distribution P&L to ensure top-line growth and appropriate conversion rates to NP2 (profit) to overachieve targets

Your tasks and responsibilities
-Manages Distribution Operations to achieve best efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manages solution design and implementation according to Customer Transition Integration plan
- Manages carrier selection, procurement and performance of vendors
- Manages and develops Distribution team personnel
- Oversees development of SOP for customers
- Controls Distribution BU Contract Logistics P&L, provides accurate business forecasts, proposes and implements growth initiatives and cost control measures
- Ensures all operations are conducted according to highest quality and compliance standards

-Bachelor degree or above from a recognized university
-More than 5 years of experience in domestics’ transportation at the middle level management.
-Ability to communicate Vietnamese and English fluently.
-Work under multi-cultural and high pressure working environment
-Time management skill
-Excellence communication skills
-Good knowledge of using MS Office
-Willingness to travel nationwide
-Honest and compliant
-Working environment: office & warehouse environment
