We are urgently currently look for an experienced staff to fill in the position of National Communications Specialist working for an Asian Development Bank-funded project in Hanoi for 3 years (Intermittent).
The senior national qualitative impact specialist will have a bachelor’s degree in communication or related field. The specialist should have at least 10 years of professional experience in traditional or social media. Strong English and Vietnamese written communication skills as well as video production experience is required. National Specialist should be fluent in Vietnamese and in English and assist in communication with local stakeholders and translation of documents
Assignment duration: 36 months (starting in the 2nd Quarter of 2020)
Working months total: 19 months (Intermittent and part-time)
Working months in field: 0 months
International trips: 0
Domestic trips: 24
