Mô tả công việc
2.4.1. Sales force management:
Motivate and encourage sales team to achieve expected sales target, display product, product coverage and penetration in region
2.4.2. Human resource management:
Lead and develop sales team in region to get best performance.
Develop product coverage according to overall plan.
Always checking sales performance, get business trip within managing region.
Manage POSM to increase brand awareness and product availability
Manage fiscal budget of region according to company policy
2.4.3. Make plan and analysis :
Analyze all factors effect to sales volume and value, make plan for sales team and make sure all sales team know-how ASM’s plan clearly. Always evaluate sales performance to take correct action if necessary.
Track and analyze all data related to manpower turnover, product issue, supporting policy...then propose creative solution and take action.
2.4.4. Sales Management
Manage and control all sales activities in market to make good relationship with customers and make sure salesman visit all customers. All activities aim to prove customer that Nabati is a good distribution company and a good consultant as well.
2.4.5. Manpower management
Maintain high encouragement through work-with salesman, meeting, communication and reward to who achieve good performance
Establish teamwork in sales team
Determine necessarily of sales training to all sales staff so that sales force of Nabati get more professional and higher level sales skill than those of other competitors
2.4.6. Report :
Ensure market information, process report and feedback are fully implemented and reported on time and run smoothly, which help to find out new selling opportunities
Collect and report competitor’s sales data timely and immediately
2.4.7. Teamworking:
Friendly working with sales team to make sure all information is deployed clearly
Create active and positive working environment to get the most efficient working condition
2.4.8. Safety and Security:
Implement and manage all process on safety and security according to company policy
2.4.9. Other tasks according to Board of Management’s requirement

Good solving skill all issues related to distribution and sales team
Good leaders in guiding, leading and developing sales team
Good at sales forecast
Positive thinking to sales performance, good adaptability
Flexible thinking, good communication with managers, leaders in/out company
Integrity, honesty: compromise to act all actions based on ethic and company value. Follow strictly business ethic and general ethic rules
3.2. Skills requirement:
Computer skill: good at Ms. Office
Communication skill: fluency in writing and speaking mother language. Good at communication and transferring information to listener
Presentation skill: smoothly, clearly, focused and logic
Teamwork skill: good at motivating, encouraging, contributing discipline and unity spirit toward goal and work performance
3.3. Qualification and Experience:
University graduation related to: business management, marketing...
Experience in sales, especially in FMCG
Deeply knowledge in sales, trade, human resource, good negotiation, ability of develop relationship
3.4. Age/Gender/Personality:
Male/ Female from 30 years old upper
Honesty, self confidence. Positive thinking and attitude. Observant, analyze, organize and coordinate work efficiently.
