Mô tả công việc
1. Build up closely relationship at Partner’s HO/Branch sales levels to ensure the business results are developed. Visit branch and meet the Business Heads/ Directors and sales team on regular basis;
2. Act as an escalation contact point to the assigned accounts/projects;
3. Be responsible of overall production, productivity, coaching and development of BANK/BROKER/ENTITY AGENCY sales staff;
4. Manage all activities of sales staffs to ensure the assigned business targets achieved and over. Proactively look at the neglected Branch/area and provide improvements accordingly;
5. Be responsible to handle customer complaints if possible or be the key contact point for any customer feedback/complaints towards the company or the business partners;
6. Build up good cooperation with internal departments (FA, Claim, UW, Acc …) for all business related issues of the assigned partners;
7. Looking for and Develop new Partners (e.g. Banks, Brokers..) according to Company’s strategy.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Much experience in life insurance, bancassurance; experience in developing and managing Partners;
2. Lead, drive, supervise and manage insurance sales team and good leadership;
3. Can conduct training course by his/herself of insurance product knowledge, selling skill, and motivation experience;
4. Pro-active of doing job at his/her function assigned and know how to do for the better results;
5. Good skills of communication and develop relations with multi levels of business partner;
6. Result-oriented doing attitude;
7. 5 years above working experience in life insurance companies and have strong experiences in sales development and team management, training sales team as well.
