MT Channel Sales Assistant

 Be responsible for building and maintaining brand’s image positioning in Modern Trade channel
 Tracking & update Daily, weekly and monthly report
 Work closely with KAM for target accomplish monthly
 Update & announce new product price
 Collect market intelligence & key competitors’ activities to revise sales plans accordingly
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive performance
 Manage sales plans and work closely with cross functions to ensure target is realized & achieved
 Coach and lead MT team for best performance and career development. Be responsible for PGs headcounts planning and work with 3rd party to recruit within cadcased budget from BOD
 Perform other job-related as assigned

 Bachelor's degree in Economics, trade or related fields.
 Good ability of computing skills on Word/ Excel
 FMCG field experience with at least 1 year as the same position
 Working in multinational environment is the advantage
 Good English communication
 Professional in Excel/Power point
 Problem solving & good communication skills
 Having market and retailer insights
 Can work under high pressure
