Moving Manager (Focus on Operations and Sales)/ 海外引越しマネージャー (引越しに関するオペレーションと営業活動)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full-time position of MOVING MANAGER to join Asian Tigers Mobility working under immediate supervision of Hanoi Branch Director.
The successful MOVING MANAGER will be highly professional, able to work unsupervised, capable to organize and prioritize its own workload effectively.
The MOVING MANAGER will also possess excellent communication (in both English and Japanese) and good negotiation and persuading skills as she/he will often be dealing with clients.

Main Responsibilities:
- Make surveys following the clients’ inquiries
- Do job checks for delivery and packing
- Help clients preparing customs clearance documents
- Coordinate with both clients and local team to operate daily jobs
- Communicate effectively with clients, especially Japanese clients to succeed B-to-B sales
- Manage operation workload balanced with sales
- Perform other tasks assigned by Hanoi Branch Director and/or Yamatane Rep.

職務内容
Asian Tigers Mobilityハノイ支店　支店長直轄の海外引越しマネージャーとして勤務いただきます。高い専門性を持ち、効率的に優先順位を組み立て、自律して業務を遂行できる人材を求めています。また、海外引越しマネージャーは、日本語と英語の両言語でスムーズにコミュニケーションが出来る能力やお客様との交渉力も必要になります。

主な業務内容:
- お客様のご自宅での下見、お引越しの手順や必要書類の説明
- 配達、梱包作業時の立会いとお客様対応
- 通関書類の準備
- お客様対応とベトナム人スタッフとの業務・やりとり
- 日系顧客を相手としたB to B の営業活動
- ハノイ支店長やヤマタネ本社から指示を受けた業務の対応

Job Requirement
- Bachelor/Master degree
- Japanese nationality preferable
- Not more than 40 years old
- Fluent in Japanese
- Good level of communication in English
- Good negotiation and persuading skills
- Good coordination and team-work spirits
- Ability of oversea training and business travels
- Flexibility of working additional hours and in weekends
- High level of IT skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to use initiative and work to strict deadlines and time frames
