- Achieve service business target by responsible region
- Make and execute visit plan to dealers for instruction: Standard, problem solving, 5S,CS.
- Handle complaints from customers and/or any major occur
- Investigate and solve technical problems facing responsible dealers
- Collect information: Market information, Other brand standard, Support of requirement from headquarter
- Report service index, weekly / monthly report, dealer visit report
- Other duties assigned by Head of section.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree: College, Technical School or higher
- PC skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- English conversation level
- Experience: Has at least 1 years of technical/service experience working with authorized dealers or distributor of automobile products
- Personality: honest, result-oriented, sincere, flexible, hard-working
