Motorcycle Service Assistant Manager (Good Benefit)

- Create group target, yearly activity on each service function, scheduling
- Follow up progress of yearly target, activity
- Make and execute visit plan to dealers for instruction: Standard, problem solving, 5S, etc
- Check & follow visit schedules of service member
- Consulting & instruct to staff for make solution of service activity
- Handle complaints from customers and/or any major occur
- Investigate and solve technical problems facing dealers
- Collect information: Market information, Other brand standard, Support of requirement from headquarter
- Report service index, weekly / monthly report, dealer visit report
- Other duties assigned by Head of section.

- Degree: University, College, Technical School
- PC skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- English (Conversation level)
- Good communication skill
- Experience: Has at least 3 years of technical/service experience working with authorized dealers
- distributor of motorcycle products
- Personality: honest, result-oriented, sincere, flexible, hard-working
