Motion Graphic Designer

WHAT YOU WILL DO
We seek talented and highly skilled Motion Graphics Artists to join our small but growing production team in our Ho Chi Minh office. This role is equal parts art direction and motion graphics. You will work on a range of projects with a Motion Graphics team based in Seoul, South Korea for social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. We work with industry leading brands from all around the world to help create and optimize their videos for social media.

Additionally, this person will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, managing, and optimizing graphic assets for use across video projects. The Motion Graphics Designer will work closely with the other members of the motion team, other designers and project managers to see the vision of each project through to completion within the required timeline.

The ideal candidate is a collaborator that has a strong core understanding of design, typography and visual expressions. Excellent work ethic, ability to manage multiple projects at once and being open to client feedback is a must.

You will deliver uniquely designed, branded video contents and templates. During the various projects, you will be working on enhancing the storyboard, improving the narrative, and adjusting visual elements for the final video creative.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with creative strategist and project managers to produce creatives based on clients’ creative briefs and to meet deadlines for projects currently in production.
- Develop best in class video creatives based on storyboards and creative frameworks.

WHAT WE NEED
2-3 years of professional experience in Motion graphic design, video ad creatives on social media
Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe After Effects
Ability to follow instructions and open to feedback
Good communication skills
Team work or work independently when necessary
Strong project management skills
Must be organized in file handling/upkeep
Be responsible and respect deadlines
Basic English communication skills are required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be a plus
