Mô tả công việc
The key purposes of the MEA position are:
• Implementation of the LuxDev monitoring framework in line with LuxDev requirements and guidelines;
• To facilitate VIE/036 advisors in the regular evaluation of implemented activities as a strategy for learning by counterparts as to improve on their service provision to clients in Cao Bang;
• To support counterparts in developing and/or strengthening data collection and analysis as to facilitate sound reports for counterpart management at various levels;.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in M&E position for development projects
• Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports
