Mô tả công việc
- Ensure the efficient maintenance and repair of machines/ equipment at molding process.
- Contact/co-ordinate with relevant Department in implement improvement programs in order to enhance quality/productivity.
- Establishes the controls necessary to ensure achievement of production efficiencies optimum yield and product quality.
- Ensure production status meet production plan.
- Create, update and train the SAFETY Regulations in Molding area.
- Training, coaching all subordinates about work instructions/ procedures regarding to labor safety, new products, processes, techniques, related skills and job rotation
- Ensures that in-progress operations are in accordance with quality system procedures
- Ensuring the quick, accurate and adequate shift changeover e.g. machines, equipment, tools, production plan and progress, ad hoc matters, shift experience and follow-up actions.
- Implement actions necessary to achieve planned quality objectives.
- Make sure the database is accuracy, on time updated.
- Make sure sending report on time, accuracy with the good data analysis and suggestions.
- Perform control the documentation, record of production department in defined procedure.
- Join the internal audit actively and perform improvement programs.

Minimum Criteria
- Male (28-35 years old)
- Bachelors of Mechanical/Mechatronics/ Electric/ Electronic or related field
- At least 2 years experience in Management and Operation on Injection Molding
- Good in written and spoken English
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge in ISO /IATF system
- Computer capability minimum MS Office/Auto CAD
- Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Able to work independently as well as a part of company teams and hard working.
- Able to working in shift (From Monday to Saturday)
