Modern Trade Director

• Be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities

• Staff, manage, lead the whole assigned sales teams and provide leadership towards the achievement of profitability growth of turnover of business in line with company vision and values.

• Develop and implement plans and strategies and contribute to the development of the company

• Evaluate credit worthiness of potential/existing customers, develop relationship with all key account, secure customers loyalty and new business opportunities

• Evaluating information related to sales, competition and market research.

• Creating an enthusiastic and successful sales environment focusing on thinking outside the box and challenging the norm in business

• Minimum University degree of economics and/or techniques;

• National Sales Management/ Modern Trade Management background, knowledge & experience of Consumer Goods

• Experience: At least 3-5 years in the same position in Big Consumer Goods/ FMCG Company

• Strong leadership, dominant with high influencing skill;

• Open minded, services minded, strong business sense;

• Self-driven, results-oriented, positive mindset and clear focus on business effectiveness & profitability;

• Planning and Organization skill;

• Fluent English in both writing and speaking;

• Proactive and hard working under high pressure;
