Mobile App Support Executive

- Working with end users, other divisions to deliver well requirement and high-quality solution
- Collecting business requirement, user requirement from users
- Working with partners for product, changing request
- Analyzing the requirements, model them
- Working with other departments to ensure product, project, function meeting the objectives
- Planning to develop solution and resolving issues during the project implementation period

- Bachelors in IT or a related technical field
- 2 ~ 3 years experience in mobile application
- Good speaking and writing in English
- Understanding database & software development
- Experience in bank or finance institute operation is plus
