We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to drive the strategy, execution, and analysis of user acquisition and activation for an upcoming iOS and Android mobile applications.

In this role, you'll identify opportunities to drive app installs and account activation, put them into action, and report on results. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on building an ideal cross-device user journey, with a focus on driving business growth.
You will:
- Source, test, and optimize new channels & partnerships for driving mobile app installs
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to A/B test product & messaging enhancements that drive business growth
- Analyze data to understand user behavior and identify growth opportunities
- Lead app store optimization strategy
- Serve as internal expert on mobile marketing, and evangelize the mobile channel across the company

You also have:
- 2-4 years of direct experience in a mobile-focused, analytical marketing or product role
- Experience managing mobile app install acquisition campaigns across several channels
- Instincts for understanding consumer behavior.
- Power user of a mobile marketing automation tool like Braze, Leanplum, or Urban Airship
- Strong understanding of mobile tracking & attribution using a tool like Appsflyer, Adjust, or Kochava, and experience working with engineers to integrate SDKs
- sound experience on Excel and other analytics tools; SQL abilities preferred
