Mô tả công việc
- Managing port-out/port-in request and perform overall report with actions
- Managing overall activities related to online sales at all touch points including flagship shop, MPV/BS
- Managing other projects/tasked deployed at flagship shop
- Analysis process bottle necks and make recommendations through project management.
- Draft standard operating procedure for current and new process flows
- Provide documents for CX team to do training, coaching and mentoring customers service representatives.
- Support on FAQ of V// website as well as frontline
- Help CX team to prepare and deliver clear & inspiring briefings for all new products, services, information for frontline staff.
- Maintain punctuality to work
Other duties as assigned by Supervisors

- College Degree
- Pleasant looking, full of enthusiasm and dynamic
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge in store operations/ customer service/ direct sales
- Must have good customer service and communication skills
- Good computer skills
Language
- English basic
