Reporting to: MMT Manager
Role: Operations for MMT Business
Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities:
Assist MMT Manager to control all operations of MMT business
Together with concerned personnel, endeavour to extent the inspection services to all
potential customers
Responsible to meet customer requirements. Report to MMT Manager immediately any customer’s complaints or disputes that could involve the professional, civil or criminal liability of Bureau Veritas or any member of its personnel
Ensure all inspections are properly done in conformity with SOP and International/Local methods
Quarterly organize technical trainings for MMT surveyors
Ensure updates, reports are performed in time and review final reports/certificates before issuance
Timely involve recruitments in order to have sufficient qualified staff for MMT
Responsible for reporting to MMT Manager immediately any customer’s complaints or disputes that could involve the professional, civil or criminal liability of Bureau Veritas or any member of its personnel
Respect deadlines and in line with all Bureau Veritas procedures and policies

Candidate Profile:
Graduate Maritime College/Technical University, good technical background regarding Metal and Mineral will be your advantage.
At least 7 years of experience in MMT inspections, including Steel Scrap, Steel Products, Semi Steel Products, silica sand, cargo damaged/ condition…
Good background & experiences for Draft survey
Proficiency in English (4 skills)
Good communication skills (speaking and writing)
Good skills in creating reliability
Good view and analysis
Flexible and keen – intelligence in case by case
Good leadership skills
Creative, independent, able to find pragmatic ideas
Able to work under high pressure
Future Career Paths:
Grow up in term of professional knowledge/ experience in line with the company’sbusiness growth
Responsible for higher position when appropriated
