Mô tả công việc
- Manage a team of Data Reporting Team
- Monitor and update data analysis process, procedures
- Responsible for team weekly meeting and report
- Provide system related support
- Training, coaching and developing MIS team
- Control the work of MIS team
- Work with other departments (Sales, Security, HR, Collection…) for company projects
- Prepare all inputs to financial models and planning
- Prepare budgets
- Monitor reports and recommend improvements
- Data sources optimizing
- Prepare predictions models for headcount, shifts
- Other ad hoc requirements
- Monitor and update data analysis process, procedures

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Fluent English
- Strong experience in SQL
- University graduate
- At least 5 years experience as Senior Data Analyst
- Knowledge of statistical models (logistic regression)
- Data analysis skills
- MS Office (excel, word, access, PowerPoint,…….)
- At least 2 years experience with people management
