JOB PURPOSE
Working with Prudential as MIS MANAGER means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be the champion in Coordinating/ cooperating with OP sections and other department in making/ verifying/ sending reports to support OP management and push sales.

ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Being responsible for periodic and ad hoc reports of OP sections, arrange working schedule in priority to make sure that all the assigned tasks could be handled effectively & efficiently.
2. Being responsible sending report timely meet high TAT, Accuracy and Quality.
3. Creativity in using some application such as Access to build programs to run report quickly and exactly.
4. Make sure all report are met or exceeded the expectation.
5. Training or coaching to new staff/ report handover to make sure the entire trainee understand and they can do well after training period meet high quality.
6. Define and analyzing more complex requirements.
7. Control quality of report by review or verify reports for specialist.
8. Be willing to continuously improve technical and soft skills (communications, presentation, influence, negotiation, solving problem...)
9. Be positive, maintain and promote team working spirit.
10. Be able to work under high pressure

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Master of producing periodic and ad-hoc report of all functions (monthly, weekly, daily…) to support OP management and business process.
2. Understand deeply and analyze more complex requirement, data structure, system to develop the automation of Microsoft application (excel, access, SQLs…) to have report meet business requirement.
3. Modify/ adjust the develop application when there is business change or issue.
4. Provide expert advice, solution about business when changing process or incurring issue.
5. Give highlight business, identified risks through report and forecast.
6. Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
7. Fulfilling internal or external audit requirements, as needed.
8. Review and verify reports produced by junior staff.
9. Coaching or training business process, technical and system for junior staff.
10. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities about business, soft skills and technical skills; reading material related insurance.
11. Any other duties as assigned

Qualification:
Mandatory: Science University degree or above Advantage: Mathematics, Information technology, Economic and Finance degree

Experiences:
Mandatory: At least 3years in senior report
Advantage: Analytics, report in life insurance

Knowledge and skill set:
Mandatory: Insurance especial Operations, Information Technology (Database, system; Life Asia system, Master of Access, Excel, Power Point.; Logical thinking, analysis and teamwork spirit.
Advantage: Logical thinking and analysis
