MIS Executive - Card Business Development (SQL, SAS Skill)

1. Card marketing databases generation

- According to Marketing campaign criteria, performing customer data analysis to generating the reports and driven promotional campaigns

- Conducting post campaign analysis with a focus on driving insight about customer behavior, understanding customer segments, and determine offers by focusing on the needs of these customers

- Analyzing usage at merchant categories to understand customer journey and preferences to create effective campaign in terms of traffic and sales

- Run the result of each campaign and provide recommendation for improvement

2. Develop MIS report

- Provide reporting (KPI, acquisition campaign, usage behavior, merchant marketing report, attrition) for develop marketing activities plan management)

- Analyzing database and develop report based on key business questions, and translating into the well-structured report and presentation share back to business

- Participating in ad hoc special project as required including data gathering, analysis, and presentation of results and recommendations.

3. Others

- Providing support & maintenance to other reporting teams

- Analyzing Product portfolio and profitability

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer data analysis

· Experience with analysis tools SAS, SQL, R essentials

· Experience in working with cross functional team

· Strong analysis skill and problem-solving skills,

· Well-developed communication and interpersonal skill to work cross functionally,

· Previous experience working in retail banking, card business, financial institution

· Good communication skill both English and Vietnamese

· Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics
