JOB PURPOSE
This position contributes to generating agency production reports to Management, AD team and agency force as well as calculating the agency contest.

ACCOUNTABILITY
- Meet all the deadlines of individual assignments and projects
- Ensure the filing of all documents is in line with company rules and/ or in a systematic manner.
- Relationships and Communications: Build effective relationships both within and outside the department; seek input from and maintain effective ongoing communication with others:
a. Internal:
- Within DA and AD/PD: coordinate with relevant to get necessary input information and provide them with output analysis, reports if required
- Other departments: coordinate when necessary
b. External: Suppliers (if any) and relevant organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely and accurately prepare and issue reports/statistics on agency KPIs to the Management and sales team, including weekly/ monthly/ad hoc reports. Update the interim and final result of agency contests.
- Convey complex information/reports to people who may not be specialists.
- Build and maintain the internal database and applications of the team, research and provide technical support to team.
- Be able to utilize statistical and technical tools to analyze and solve business problems.
- Have ability to analyze complex information, organize varied tasks and communicate clearly with other professionals.
- Research essential reports to write accurately the manuals and continuously update if necessary.
- Review relevant policies and/ or processes and propose changes for improvement if any
- Any other tasks assigned.

Qualification: University degree, preferably in Economics/Mathematics/Business Administration
Experiences: Three years’ experience in analyses and process data work
Knowledge and skill set:
- Good knowledge on data processing
- Basic knowledge on Life Insurance
- Understand the company policies relating to agency activities
- Good communication skill in both oral and writing
- Creative and strong analytical skill
- Strong computer skill (Access, Excel, preferably SQL)
- Good command in English, both speaking & writing
