Working Location: Crescent Plaza, District 7.
_ Executing collections treatment for early accounts of retail lending products followed Collections processes and strategies, include both newly flowed in and charge-off accounts
_ Working with other departments from front to back in an end to end lending process
_ Handling customer complaints/ inquiries related to the bank’s lending products and service
_ Supporting outsourced agents in daily collections activities ie request fund transfer,
_ Performing quality checking, output control and reconciliation
_ Generating various daily collections reports
This role also provides service to all customer types (both internal and external) by ensuring all necessary actions are conducted in a friendly and timely manner within agreed response times.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
_ Comprehensive knowledge of consumer banking practices and laws/ regulations.
_ Experienced and having in-depth knowledge of MIS (programming, coding, VBA is compulsory), Banking Collection, customer service.
_ Having analytical, negotiation, influence and investigation skills, problem solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
_ Careful, hard-working and flexible.
