Middle Business Analyst

• Responsible for closely working with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and analyze business requirements
• Assist client to define requirements and propose solutions
• Create requirement specifications and solution documents (diagrams, flowcharts, wireframes)
• Transfer knowledge to development team; act as the bridge between client and the team in both business and system analysis view
• Give opinions and ideas to enhance the UI/UX experience of each platform
• Assist PM on project scope, estimation and planning
• Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly
• Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System
• At least 3-year experience in Business Analyst position
• Experience in the Insurance domain is a plus 

Knowledge and Skills 

• Obtaining IT knowledge-base
• Familiar with Agile principles, tools, and techniques
• Good analytical skills; strong capacity to learn new business and systems with rigorous attention to details
• Ability to create wireframes/mock-ups and model diagrams
• Having experience in B2B systems is a plus
