Fitness & Lifestyle Group, is Asia-Pacific’s leading health and wellness group headquartered in Australia. With over 470 locations across Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia. Currently, we are looking for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer for new development of in-house business systems and services.
Position Summary: Support the client with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and integration in a large enterprise organization. Provide C# and .NET development for plug-ins and custom workflow activities. Assist by interfacing directly with all levels in the client organization and leverage expertise in communications.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
Responsibilities:
● Understand the customer’s needs; work with other consultants; support teams to complete design and testing documentation.
● Creating technical design documentation, coding, unit testing and for developed functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on functional design document.
● Document custom developed functionality in accordance to documentation standards and best practices.
● Provides support and expertise on development technologies and environments.
● Participates in system and acceptance testing; Support integrated testing.
● Understands how the development and related testing activities fit into the overall customer engagement life-cycle.
● Customization of the product to meet the needs of the customer based on the specifications from the Application Consultant.
● Data migration development and testing.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or IT Software development certificate
● Microsoft Dynamics CRM certificate is preferred
2. Experience:
● 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience
● Good software programming skill, comprehensive language SQL, C# (MUST)
● Experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including core features, customization on forms, workflow, plugins (MUST)
● Familiar Software Implementation Methodology, Microsoft .NET technology, Microsoft Visual Studio development (MUST)
● Has experience with WCF, Web Services implementation and web development with Microsoft technologies (MUST)
● Having knowledge of Database Systems Analysis and Design.
● Optimize coding to improve performance and clearly.
● Finance / Accounting background is a plus.
● Understanding of Network and OS
3. Knowledge & Skills:
● Microsoft Dynamics CRM
● Microsoft SQL Server
● .NET technology (XML, Web Services…)
● SSRS reports
● Visual Studio
4. Personal Requirements:
