Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

*** Purpose: To provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.

*** Job Description:
- To successfully design and build Dynamic 365 to meet business needs: understand business process, determine client needs, configure the application in alignment with business needs, ensure Usability.
- Conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software.
- Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects.
- Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
- Is responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources.
- Leading workshops and meeting during the implementation periods.
- Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Document business requirements, user guide, test script, etc.

- Graduated from university, major in Business Management/ MIS – Management Information System/ BIS – Business Information System/ Customer relation/ Economic trading…
- <1-2> years Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation (including configuration/development) or other CRM solutions (Vtiger, SugarCRM…) experience.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
- Ability to work in a team environment and add to teams’ knowledgebase.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Knowledge of Business Solution implementation methodology is a plus.
- Familiar with analysis and design tool, i.e. Visio.

- Team player with strong communication skills and customer focus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
