Microbiologist - Kỹ Sư Công Nghệ Vi Sinh

*Reporting to (Direct) QA Manager
Overall job objectives
• Test, monitor and report on the presence of harmful microorganisms throughout the manufacturing process in line with standard test methodology and aseptic techniques.
Core responsibilities
• Design and implement strategies to assess and control contamination.
• Perform collection, microbiological testing and monitoring of raw materials, bulk solution, and finished products.
• Collect and test purified water daily to ensure that microbiological specifications are met.
• Perform routine microbiological testing on surfaces, environment and equipment.
• Grow, monitor and identify microorganisms within cultures.
• Careful observation of the number and types of microorganisms present in the manufacturing environment.
• Ensure contamination, if any, are within the previously agreed limits.
• Strict record keeping and storage of test result data.
• Perform analysis and interpretation of test results
• Perform analysis TPC, yeast and mould, staphylococus aureus, e coli and coliform
• Report issues of contamination following strict protocols
• Test how end product cope with contamination during “real world” use.
• Order and maintain laboratory and microbiological supplies and resources.
• Ensure lab equipment are calibrated regularly to assure high accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with standard laboratory practice and procedures, and internal 5S requirements.
• Support QA Manager in internal and external audits.
• Perform other related duties as required or as directed by the QA Manager.

• Degree in microbiology or related and similar degree
• Ability to perform work accurately and fellow test methodology.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Skilled in root cause analysis.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 17025, ISO13485, GMP, 5S and USP requirements is preferable
