As a Method Technician, he will ensure that each manufacturing processes are well documented, measured & optimized.In the goal of continues improvement, he will regularly conduct process evaluation to identify possible improvements. Any problem met, will be object to a documented preventive action.
RESPONSIBILITY AND TASK
1 Documentation (production related)
• Ensure each production process are documented
• Ensure preventive actions documented
• Ensure on-time creations & updates
(Improve production documents accuracy)
(Improve preventive action implementation)
2 Production processes
• Ensure production processes match target
• Ensure production processes data accuracy
• Ensure on-time creation & update
( Improve production process accuracy)
( Improve production process efficiency)
3 Production means
• Ensure production means match target
• Ensure production means inventory accuracy
• Ensure production means identification
( Improve production means identification & inventory)
( Improve production means efficiency)
4. Management of human resources
Report to Industrialization and methods manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education : Mechanical / Manufacturing engineer
- 3 years’ experience in similar position (Methods / Process department)
- Language: English fluent.
- Skills & Knowledge appreciated:
5S & Lean manufacturing
o Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Basic Knowledge in CAD software (Pro Engineer, Solid works, …)
o Basic Knowledge in PLC programing
- Autonomous, pro-active, rigorous.
* Benefits:
- 44hwork/week 8h/day: Monday - half day on Saturday.
- Competitive salary with the benefit of taking over your state social insurances, health-insurance.
- 13 month bonus salary.
- Noel holiday
- Annual Health Check.
- Allowance: Overtime allowance, telephone communication fee allowance, business trip allowance with transportation and accommodation support.
- 3 years’ experience in similar position (Methods / Process department)
- Language: English fluent.
