Metal Manager (Quản Lý Xưởng Kim Loại).

1. Organize and administer all metal production activities to meet the requirements of specifications, quantity, shipping time and material and cost saving as required.
2. Build up, maintain and update the implementation of the production processes, quality standards, quality control regulations to ensure product quality to meet/ satisfy customer requirements.
3. Determine the human and material resources, material norms, consumption norms needed for each product to meet production targets.
4. Make material purchasing plan and production schedule for deploying production of the orders to meet requirements.
5. Be Leader of 5S program in the company to improve working environment, work productivity.
6. Estimate production costs and set up product norms. Set up, manage production budgets and implement cost control programs
7. Work with managers to co-operate and implement the company's policies, regulations, health and safety.
8. Review and evaluate employees' performance and identify training needs
9. Research, innovate and deploy the application of new techniques, technologies to improve productivity and product quality as oriented by the company.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned by Plant Manager.

- Male
- Age: ≥ 30 years old.
- Experience:
+ At least 5 year experience in a similar position as managing position of least 100 workers
+ Have knowledge ISO 9004:2018, 5S.
- Skills:
+ Good English both in speaking and writing is required.
+ Good communication, organization, presentation and persuasive skills.
+ Good office computer skills.
+ Work under high pressure, both independently and team-working skills.
+ Strong leadership and management skills.
- Personality: Honesty, open, confident, dynamic and careful.
