Phu My Hung Development Corporation (PMH Corp) - the most prestigious real estate developer in Vietnam is launching new subsidiary IT company to apply new technology serving for residential ecosystem.

We are building a mobile app provides 4.0 technology for the ecosystem which not only serves to our residents but also expands to nearby zone users. It includes managing tools for in & out, online gateway (online payment), booking extra services & especially hot deals, hot discount vouchers... Get more information by:

*We are looking for a Merchant Specialist*
- Conducting market analysis & research for existing and new merchants within respective Phu My Hung zone.
- Approaching and well engaging with merchants from various segments within respective zone.
- Arranging for meeting with merchants in order to present benefits of partnership with Hung Thai & Livin PMH platform
- Onboarding new merchants onto the Livin PMH digital platform.
- Developing and managing merchants/upcoming whole-seller channels onto the Livin PMH digital platform.
- Implementing new initiatives to enhance the tracking reliability of Livin PMH merchants.
- Working collaboratively across the organization with IT, Customer Service, Marketing and Merchant teams to -ensure users driven and coupon redemptions are maximized to achieve weekly, monthly & annual targets.
- Tracking for effectiveness of the promotion/offerings between merchants & our Livin App.
- Being in charge of notify for team to upload/remove promo banner & notification to drive best effectiveness in all offerings.
- Working with the Customer Service team to problem-solve merchant related issues such as untracked promotion orders/app interface errors/etc. and proactively implement solutions to prevent future recurrences.
- Coordinating for merchant training to make sure the training right as IT function or getting IT support for complicated coach at beginning approach
- Information transparency / updating & cooperating with Customer Service (CS) from merchant information / strength / promotion for CS to release the same message to customers / end users.

- Working from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 2 Saturday mornings/month)
- Working at Lawrence S. Ting building, 801 Nguyen Van Linh Parkway, Tan Phu Ward, Dist. 7, HCMC

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3-5 years experience and minimum 1-2 years in F&B industries is a plus.
- Prior F&B business development and/or brand operations is a big advantage. Experience in dealing with national brands is a plus
- Experience in E-commerce/Platform is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking of business strategies
- Good relationship-management and communication skills with an ability to effectively network within the industry internally and externally.
- Self-starter, driven and highly motivated
- The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment in meeting critical deadlines
- Able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively
- MS Office skills are required. Proficient with Excel and pivot tables
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Korean or Chinese is a plus.
- Male is more preferential.
