Merchandising Manager - Quản Lý Đơn Hàng May Mặc

- Lead and Managing the Vietnam Merchandising Team
- Responsible for product development, costing, sample arrangement , production until shipment
- Negotiating cost, sample and production follow up
- Negotiate and close contracts, maintain excellent customer relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline
- Follow up order with factories and internal departments
- Manage existing customer accounts, communications and conflict resolution
- Discover customer's business needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Coordinate and keep track with all activities occurring for each account
- Prepare regular client's reports and attend client's meetings
- Working directly with Buyers for all fabric dye lot, trims, strike off, approval and follow-up
- Analyze, predicate and research market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies
- Sourcing supplier and manufacturers for the brand
- Develop plans to target new customers
- Build and enhance relationship to retain existing customers
- Develop and manager suppliers to ensure customer standards/specification are upheld

- 10 years - 15 years or above merchandising experience in export garment merchandising field
- Have supervisory experience is preferable and able to work independently with overseas vendors
- Have shipment US, Europe, China experience (such as lab test, prepare export document and label etc)
- Strong technical knowledge. Good interpersonal and communication skill
- University gradated preferably in related major (Textiles and Clothing, Merchandising and Operation Management)
- High proficiency in English
