Merchandising Manager

• Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management.
• Head up a team of Merchandiser to manage production.
• Ensure a seamless co-ordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues.
• Regional co-ordination with other offices production in terms of piece good allocation.
• Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job responsibilities and objectives, internal co-ordination with departments .
• Call out any risks on quality, capability and capacity at the early development stage and escalate to supervisor
• Participate the meeting with vendor for reviewing the details of the tech pack of meeting sample.
• Communicate with counterpart or design on the tech pack clarification.
• Fill in and review compliance questionnaires
• Participate the risk assessment meeting.
• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams including Fit approval and style duplications
• Call out any hurdles on the meeting samples for the brand meetings
• Update and tracking BOM

• At least 3 years of experience at equivalent position
• Understand about fabrics and garments
• Good English & Chinese.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Strong leadership and good organizational skills;
• Work independently in high pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Power point
• Certificate/Diploma or equivalent
• Able to work at distance 50km from Hanoi
• Interviewed in Hanoi
