Mô tả công việc
1. Visual merchandising (50%):
• Change visual new launch, adapt guide line from Zone/ DMI. Working with Agency to local production.
• Execute VM installation with right quality & on-time
• Report on-time & give feedback to improve nest time.
• Order tester from new launch, control tester ordering process to make sure all store have same product to serve end-user & keep brand image.
2. Maintenance counter (20%):
• Closely work with Counter to check counter quality issue & have quick action to fix it.
• Follow-up with counter & partner to control agent who deliver maintenance service.
3. Retail design (20%): Take lead on setting up new counter/ renovation counter/ pop up store from design to installing and VM set-up.
4. Event display & Podium (10%): Support execute ad-hoc projects of MKT, Retail team. Ensure design and materials of VMD of event comply with Brand guidelines.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Graduate from design university as Interior design, graphic design, architect or construction,
2. 1 year – 3 years in trade Marketing. VM cosmetic/fashion, freelancer in design, interior designer, graphic designer, Admin project, Engineer construction, or VM at management level.
3. Thorough knowledge of brand concept, brand design and VM & RD in cosmetics
