Merchandiser/sales Executive/customer Service

• Contact with customer to get full information (artwork, samples…) and pass to sample room to ensure products conformity according to buyer’s standard.
• Follow up sample status to catch up with customer request date.
• Sending samples to customer & push customer’s comment.
• Record the comment & pass it to related Dept to ensure production make correct goods when Bulk received.
• Received Bulk orders & input information on internal system.
• Communicate with Planning Dept to get delivery date & update to customer.
• Follow with Planning Dept to ensure no shipment delay.
• Sending Bulk samples and follow up status of testing to ensure all testing was passed before ship goods.
• Making shipping documents for Bulk shipment.
• Follow up Debit Note/ Liabilities.
• Weekly report making and others requested by the Sales and Marketing Manager.

• University graduate
• Over 2 years merchandising experience in foreign invested Company
• Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point.
• Communication
• Follow up ability
• Willing to learn
• Strong team spirit
Good English
