Mô tả công việc
Work between Hongkong (HK) sales and oversea factory of Esquel:
1. Track HK sales to issue sales contract, PPO, trim list, and send reference sample, paper pattern and techpack to factory.
2. Contact HK sales to get or clarify the information about orders via sending email or through HK lease line.
3. Check information from other oversea factories of ESQUEL Group , such as the paper pattern, samples and all order details if we have any same styling orders.
4. Follow up closely with OMD/HK on all information.
5. Develop for new embroidery, submit after washed panel for washing approval.
6. Pursue fabric mill or HK sales to send sample fabric to make PP sample.
7. Contact buyer QA to conduct in line/final inspection.
8. Inform HK sales & to obtain approval if any over or short ship quantity before effect shipment.
Internal Factory
9. Chase production department provide the necessary information according to HK sales requirement.
10. Follow up and supervise closely the order status from the beginning of orders until shipment
11. Pass the related information to account department to issue Debit Note or Credit note
12. Inform production department if there are any change about the orders from sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, foreign trade, finance, Garment and textile, technical engineering…
• Experience in Production Planning/ Merchandiser/Supplier chain management
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, leadership and communication skills
• Good analytical skill
• Proactive, energetic, independent and can play as a team player
• Careful, truthful, reliable and hard working
