Merchandiser Non Food

Monitor the completion of orders till shipment.
Anticipate, solve and escalate problems during order processing
Coordination:
Work together with the team members to achieve common goals.
Coordinate with team members and internal departments for relevant issues or changes.
Report business activity, progress and status, and record them by using assigned applications/systems.
Escalate the issues or problems to his/her manager/superior
Supporting the Team:
Assist the team in sourcing, offering, order follow up and any other merchandising activities.
Handle product sample labeling, packing, storage, and delivery.
Arrange product samples in showrooms.
Generate reports-

Commercial and ethical standards of the company
Familiar with terms like sourcing, market, competition, environment and legal requirement
Technical skills
Technical knowledge on textile or bazaar/homeline products
Transverse professional skills
High communication ability
Must be well organized - Pay attention to details
Team Spirit Education : Bachelor degree or above
Experience : Previously worked in well-known sourcing companies, trading or buying offices
Non-food background
Product knowledge: Familiar with the textile/bazar/homeline products and their approval standards for different Europe, South East Asia and South America markets.
Language: Good command of written and spoken English and local native language.
Computers skills : Good computer skills (Excel / Word/ Outlook …)

Rigorous, very well organized and analytical
High coordination ability with customers and suppliers
High sense of ethics and integrity, dynamic and honest, dedicated, systematic and initiative
