Merchandiser

1. Responsible for meeting all production deadlines
2. Communicate daily with vendors and customers and resolve any issues they may have on garment delivery
3. Manage piece goods inventory pertaining to the factory/account; make sure all inventory is being utilized
4. Oversee development/customer samples
5. Compile, record and maintain production data from such documents as customer orders, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets
6. Monitor production capacity for each factory
7. Coordinate & submits, approvals, communicate and follow up between factories, fabric mills, accessory suppliers, and customer.
8. Assist in the preparation of samples to be presented to customers
9. Receive and send specifications and layouts to vendors for making samples.
10. Track all samples and prepare for delivery to customer.
11. Other duties as assigned.

- Requires a Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ year of production/Merchandiser experience.
- Fashion related experience, including textile and production, would be useful.
- Fabric knowledge.
- Basic import/export knowledge.
