Mô tả công việc
• Main contact to buyer for all price issue, PO, production, shipment,…
• Making CBD (Cash Before Delivery) and submit to buyer.
• Follow up order from receiving PO (Purchase Order) to shipment.
• Receive PO (Purchase Order) and check price, order quantity,…then work with factory to confirm shipdate to buyer.
• Making MPR (Monthly Process Report).
• Work with factory closely to implement bulk PO: issue order status, transfer final sample, comment, spec to factory before running production.
• Monitoring production schedule and properly dealing problems rising in production.
• Check production status and make sure we can catch buyer ship date target.
• Travel to factory if necessary to coordinate with production team for inspection, buyer visit,…
• Keep checking payment schedule with buyer after shipment.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager (if have).

• Have experience in backpack/garment.
• At least 3 years experiences in Garment Field
• Good at English
