Merchandiser

- Work with the customer, buyer/supplier directly.

- Make the quotation and join in the sample development process.

- Confirm development/documentary style with Nike/Adidas customers.

- Receive trim list, sales contract, ordering information from account holder/OMD and in put data to ERP system.

- Check submit leftover (if any) before create new PO.

- 3 Issue new PO to suppliers which is nominated by BUYER or approved by PPC Manager.

- Follow up closely with relative parties such as: suppliers, IE, forwarder, OMD/EEL Sales to get all submit on time.

- Deal with supplier for submit problem such as: bad quality, replenishment quantities …

- Work closely with warehouse, QA to provide submit to production floor.

- Other duties assigned by immediately Supervisors.

- Responsible for the enforcement of company's internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management.

- To ensure compliance towards safety policies and regulation at all times.

- Responsible to control and protect company's assets.

- At least 1 year experienced at the same position.

- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and information systems fluently.

- Able to write/speak English or Chinese fluently.

- Communication and negotiation skills.

- Able to work accurately, independently and well organized.

- Careful, truthful, reliable, flexible and hard working.

- Willing to work for the company for long term.

- Good communication, work under high pressure, team work Spirit, willing to learn
