* Position title: Ass. Merchandiser in team of MTP
* Position reports to: Merchandiser leader and supervisors of MTP
* Department / Location: Hanoi (Main)/ Thai Binh (Trip)/ Vinh (Trip)

* Primary Operational Objectives
● Export / Import process / INCOTERMs (General Term and Conditions)
● Garment Business Overview (Buyer - Vendor Process, Vendor – Factory, Sub-con &
Supplier Process )
● Print/ EMB/ Washing/ Heat transfer/ Laser cut process
● Understand about Basic Garment construction.
● Develop and Compare Skill and Sense of Fashion trend
● High Tech knowledge

* Tasks to be performed
● Organized each process from Develop to Production
● Control the TNA with communicate each time
● Evaluate performance and self-maintanance
● Periodical activity: Communicate with leader and Supervisor with Seasonal General indicates

- Computing skill for Excel, Power Point, Word

● Be a Fluent user with ERP
● Export/ Import process/ INCOTERMs (General Term and Conditions)/ Payment procedure
● Garment Business Overview (Buyer - Vendor Process, Vendor – Factory, Sub-con and Supplier Process including Print/ EMB/ Washing/ Heat transfer/ Laser cut process)
● Understand about Basic Garment construction.
● Systemic approach and report in time with strict TNA
● Develop with study to compare internal styles/ buyers
● High Tech and Innovative knowledge
