Merchandiser

- Following up on orders from Start to End
- Local Sourcing of Materials and working with Suppliers
- Tracking & managing trims purchased from the UK
- Updating & Reporting fabric & Trim Status between factory and UK
- Regular Conference meeting with the UK Offices on production issue
- Identifying & Solving Problems within your area
- Manage contract reconciliation
- Manage surplus garment, fabric & trim stocks & issue reports quarterly
- Follow up Vietnam and Srilanka production
- Dealing and updating fabric testing report for customer, working with customer on requirement and mill of
sailing vessel.
- Fabric booking and combining vessel requested.
- Dealing with Mill on fabric issue, claim and others incurred problem.

- College Degree is a minimum requirement
- 6 Years experience working with a Garment Manufacturer in a Merchandising Role.
- Excellent Spoken and written English is essential
- Self Motivated and have the ability to work on own initative
- Must work well as part of the team
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Highly Organised
- Must be proficient in Excel to an advanced level
- Understand fabric composition & garment construction
- Knowledge and well-read fabric testing report
