Mô tả công việc
1. Receive design package from customers and distribute to factories to develop in a timely manner.
2. Review and monitor sample status timely, to ensure samples ready on schedule with good quality.
3. Manage proto and lots samples to calendar and work with factories to ensure sample room capacity reservation in advance.
4. Obtain quotations and negotiate price with vendors to get order.
5. Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers' requirements.
6. Travel to factories for all development.
7. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval
8.Order handling, follow up orders to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery with good quality.
9.Arrange fit sample, preproduction sample and top sample making, and send to customers for checking.
10.Responsible for order information record and verification, like vendor, price, quantity, color, deliver time, destination, etc .
11.Control the vendors(factories)'s fabric and accessories purchasing schedule, sample schedule and produce schedule.
12.Customer service and communication with vendors (factories), resolve conflicts, e.g. delivery delay, discount
13.Work independently and report the progress situation to manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. 5 years related working experience, market in US is preferred.
2. Have good product knowledge in garment.
3. Good command of English both in written and spoken
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) .
5. Good at planning and time management ability, good communication skill and team work spirit.
6.Full responsibility, team work, can work under pressure.
7.Good coordination and problem solving ability, quick reaction.
8. Experience in multinational corporations is definitely an advantage.
