Mô tả công việc
1. Communicate with customers and confirm PO. Coordinate the production with suppliers and follow up the whole shipping process.
2. Follow closely the forwarders and ensure on time delivery with satisfactory quality and quantity.
3. Solve problems occurring in the logistics.
4. Communicate customers' requests and production status. Work out sales/production forecast, shipping log and other related reports/forms.
5. Arrange domestic good delivery.
6. Other related assistance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. College degree or above. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, mandarin speaker is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of hands on experience in export & import or merchandising. Experience in import and export declarations is requisite. Experience in communication with customers, suppliers and forwarders.
3. Experience in domestic goods delivery arrangement.
4. Excellent communication skills and organizing skills.
5. Be familiar with windows and office software. Experience with ERP will be preferred.
6. Can work under pressure and be keen on continuous improvement.
7. High moral standards. Proactive, patient and customer focused.
