YOUR MISSION
This is a high responsibility and very stimulating position!
Support our customers through their developments & buying process on the long term, by finding reliable and potential manufacturers and optimizing their supply chain.
This position requires someone dynamic, organized, motivated and entrepreneur, as well solution providing skills, operational behaviour and good in human relations.
A project manager, to help us lead clients along their projects, from the launch until the delivery, and grow our supplier database & relationships.
More precisely, here are the main tasks you will be working on:
Customer Projects
- Understand customer guideline, identity and projects (products, quantities, quality, target prices, deadlines, certifications etc…), to launch it the proper way with the highest chance of success
- Manage customer activity in order to optimize company’s profit by implementing process, communication and team coordination
- Be the key person in customer service, by communicating the right way with them.
- Analyse and report to your manager on customer’s profitability and how to improve.
Supplier management
- Source, find and analyse continuously a growing pool of suppliers, whether specifically for customer demand or to develop the activity along the market trend / competitiveness.
- Update weekly the Sourcing Database in a professional and complete manner, following SOA process, in order to continuously growing our expertise
- Manage the company relationship with suppliers, independently of customer’s orders and development, and ensure the best development terms for SOA with them.
- Analyse each supplier’s potential in comparison with each customer request.
- Report to your manager on potential and risky suppliers, as well as buying strategies in general
Operational responsibilities
- Launch and follow developments in order for each of them to be validated by an order.
- Manage all aspects of orders with both customer and supplier, with the support of your manager: accounting, administrative, quality and operations.
- Follow up logistic process when needed
- Report to your manager on
Other key aspects
- Follow up the company policies at all time
- Set up regular reports (weekly and monthly) based on activity and KPI with your manager
- Cooperate with SOA colleagues by sharing informations, inputs and all important knowledge that can help to develop business.
- Manage potential external employees to support you on your missions: assistant, QC and QA teams, logistic, freelancers, etc…

- Good sourcing/buying skills
- Technical knowledge in furnitures
- Very good English mandatory (speaking & writing)
- Very good French highly recommended (speaking & writing)
- Business spirit and entrepreneurial mind !
- Curious & eager to discover new fields
- Commercial mind-set and great communication skills !
- Well-organized and polyvalent
- Proactive and autonomous !
- Good knowledge of pack office
- Experience in business development appreciated
- Experience in international company appreciated
- Experience in sourcing / buying offices is a must.
- We still open for foreigners candidates (mainly french)
