Merchandiser (Backpack & Bags)

- Follow up sample from first stage to production sample.
• Communicate direct with buyer and get all information of new development collection: about fabric, trim, pattern, techpack and construction sample.
• Work with development team –sample room- to arrange sample according to buyer’s requirements. Follow up sample making on time so that the sample can catch the schedule as buyer’s request.
• Control pattern / cutting / sewing / QC and solve the problem when the sample has issue
• Contact with supplier to develop printing / embroidery.
• Check of consumption and do costing
- Handle FOB orders, Sample detail, etc.
• Responsible for merchandising activities, assisting with purchase order execution, following up with buyers and suppliers, monitoring and attending shipment requirement;
• Properly dealing problems rising in production

- Experiences for merchandising of backpacks are ESSENTIAL.
- Good spoken, written English is essential to follow up e-mail communications in English.
- Common knowledge to use MS-office, e-mails, surfing website.
- Ability to make plan and arrange daily work logically.
- Ability to work under high pressure, solving problem actively and good team working spirit.
