1. A role in Sourcing We integrate our sourcing capabilities with our propensity for quality and social re-sponsibility to positively impact value of products. The Sourcing team starts at the very earliest stages of product development, builds out the costing models and tracks where product stands at every step in the production cycle, from over-seas shipping to our import warehouses, distribution centers and stores. And since Target is indeed a global company, you’ll be part of the team that manages global relationships with multiple cross func-tional teams. As sourcing team seating near production location, your ability to stay aware of our sup-pliers’ activities and to ensure compliance with responsible practices, will be a crucial role. You’ll be a close point-of-contact with Target team members in sourcing offices located in 20 countries around the globe, and you’ll support their work as liaisons among buyers, product developers and overseas part-ners.

2. As a Merchandiser, your primary functions are to support your supervisors and HQ partners to achieve business plans through on & off cycle product planning and management for assigned categories and geographic markets.

Responsibilities:
• Play supplement and supporting role to conduct costing and negotiation while elevating your own product components and in-country sourcing knowledge and supporting team to meet the business objectives.
• Manage vendor execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams for any issue resolutions to ensure quality and on-time delivery and that products are sourced responsibly and ethically throughout sourcing cycle.
• Support post shipment issues, e.g. claim resolution and settlement, vendor performance elevation and new vendor onboarding according to brand/merchandising strategies.

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• Fresh graduate or +1~2 year experienced in globally operating company preferred
• Must be proficient in both written and spoken English to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders with multiple cultural backgrounds
• Good proficiency of data analytics, planning and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning
• Advanced Computer skills – Excel, Power point presentation, Data works from system
• Ability to travel often domestically and overseas
