Mô tả công việc
• Assist with sourcing activities as directed by Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser
• Update project trackers to ensure progress is accurately recorded and reported
• Complete all required documentation, filing work and system data entry accurately and efficiently
• Assist in the coordination of daily operational activities in supplier sourcing, fabric development, sample development
• Prepare and review costings with Merchandiser
• Administer incoming samples from vendors and outgoing samples to the US
• Check artworks and packaging when required
• Work with vendors and QA to ensure proto, TOP and salesmen samples are kept on-track
• Prepare and administer completion of vendor profile, RFQ & factory visit report
• Provide cover for Merchandiser's when they are out of the office
• Develop and maintain good communication and collaboration with Quality Assurance, and Supply chain/ Production team to ensure effective project delivery
• Develop and maintain good communication with suppliers and developers
• General administrative work
• Experience in using PLM / ERP systems

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Product knowledge in the garment/apparel industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, sound PC skills such as MS words, excel, PowerPoint, strong self-motivation
• Good communicator, detail-minded and cost-conscious
• Team player
• Fluent in written and spoken English
Education and Experience:
• Diploma holder in Fashion & Textiles is preferable
• 3+ years of work experience with buying office or trading preferred
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, sound PC skills such as MS words, excel, PowerPoint, strong self-motivation
• Good communicator, detail-minded and cost-conscious
• Team player
• Fluent in written and spoken English
Education and Experience:
