Merchandise Manager

We are looking for an experienced Merchandise Manager to service one of our fast growing active brands. We have local and expat head counts available and below are the minimum requirements :
• Working on bringing in new capacities based on order/ buyer requirements.
• Negotiating price with factories, mill's, suppliers, based on order requirement.
• Prepare fabric and trims to develop FIT/P.P/TOP sample and follow up sample making.
• Prepare and discuss with factory over production plan.
• Preparation on the Costings & Product development.
• Responsible for follow up on production orders, shipments on time etc.

*Job Requirement:
• Minimum 5 years in Merchandising and at least five years in a Managerial position.
• Clear comprehensive understanding of costing, TNA management, order management.
• Experience in different fabrics, washes, finishes. Experience in handling orders with embellishments.
• Experience in managing teams of at least 5 Merchandisers.
• Ability to handle multiple projects/ accounts at any given time.
• Excellent inter personal skills and spoken and written English.
