Speedo - the world’s leading swimwear brand is looking for a Merchandise Department Manager as following:
1) Brand Management:
- Manage and analyze the Business plan, together with Marketing team to develop the Marketing plan supporting for the brand, ensure that all promotional activity is supported with the correct level of markdown/MPO offers or other promotional activity.
2) Merchandise management:
- Manage the merchandise mix to maximize sales and profit of a division within our fashion business.
- Manage inventories and maximize product efficiency across stores.
- Support the line manager to achieve the business plan for sales, GP, sell through and effective stock management. This can be at division, sub category and sku level.
- Work closely with line manager to ensure that the OTB is submitted on time and is achieved to the agreed targets and terminal/markdown is managed.
- Participate overseas seasonal sales campaign
- Work with operation team and logistics team to ensure all products are delivered to store according to the in store time frame.
3) Reporting & Analyzing:
- Be involved in trading calls and prepare sales report for the brand. Review weekly sales and identify any risk or opportunities, set up and maintain WSSI reports, trading reports and all other merchandise tasks like sizing analysis.
4) Others:
- Be needed to keep abreast of the current retail market in Vietnam identifying new trends in the market, new brands to the market and conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure our prices remain competitive.
- Other tasks assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Knowledge of Retail industry and merchandising management
- College/ University graduated or above
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail business and/or related field.
- Customer-focused.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- IT proficiency
- Strong analytical ability and good in data/figures
- Overseas travel required
